This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made from Curly walnut and ziricote  

Suited for a 240 mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife.

Weight 40g  Length 137 mm (5.4”)

Handle is sanded to 600 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
